Refund and Cancellation Policy

We understand, acknowledge and agree to the following for Term and Holiday Courses:

1) Upon acceptance of an enrolment offer, customers are committed to one full term for each subject course enrolled and course fees are immediately and fully payable.

2) New Inspiration Point customers are eligible for the ‘Free Two Lessons Money Guarantee’ if they would like to withdraw or cancel their enrolment after the first two lessons. Customers must notify Inspiration Point prior to the commencement of their third lesson for that specific subject course.

3) To help students maintain their enrolment, Inspiration Point will re-enrol students for the following term unless notified by a customer. A re-enrolment confirms a student’s enrolment and respective fees are immediately and fully payable on the next scheduled payable date notified.

4) Full refund is only available to new customers that are eligible for the ‘Free Two Lessons Money Guarantee’ and also that they have notified Inspiration Point via phone or scheduled an exit meeting with our staff prior to their third lesson commencement. Refund amounts can take up 7 working days and confirmation refund receipts will be provided upon the money return via email or mail. 

5) No refunds, but credit notes of either in whole or in part, will be provided if the student is absent twice maximum in a term due to any reason such as illness, leave, enrolment suspension or termination. This is only applicable after the commencement of the third lesson for the term. 

6) If a lesson is postponed or changed by Inspiration Point due to an event (eg, teacher’s illness, natural disaster, power outage, outbreak of contagious disease, pandemic, epidemic, etc) the lesson will be rescheduled or postponed to a later date where possible, or alternatively online learning materials may be provided to substitute the affected lesson. No refund, but credit note either in whole or in part, will be provided in this regard.
